Our instability chapter reflects our group’s vast experience with Arthroscopic Bankart repair and capsular shift — using knotless anchors, vertical mattress stitches, and suture tape —, augmented with Hill-Sachs Remplissage, a technique we strongly believe in for anterior shoulder instability with subcritical bone loss.
